I am about as tech savvy as a newborn. Even researching new devices gave me a headache. I asked a few friends about options, but their suggestions went way over my head. I ventured on my own. After reading reviews and having a few questions answered, I decided to dive in. I ordered this all-in-one computer on 4/4. I received it 4/9. How do you beat that?! I dragged the boxes into the house and wondered if I could do it. After taking out each item with the corresponding cords, I started the set-up process. I had it all together and running as fast as I dragged the boxes into the house. Because I didn't pay attention to the adaptor for the second monitor, I thought I ran into a roadblock. I called the help desk. Within 30 seconds I was back on track! I was happy to see the monitors were matching, without scratches or evidence of use. The keyboard is standard but extremely functional. The mouse is just right too. The ease of use and speed of processing, make me feel like I made a great choice. Just in case, for a small fee, I purchased a 3 year warranty. Although it's only been one day, my husband, for whom the computer was purchased a gift, is very satisfied and thinks I'm a computer genius. He's way worse than me with electronics. Now I can work from home without him looking in my face. He now has a wonderful new toy. If my opinion changes, I'll update this review. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen. 🤞🏽

This was a wonderful purchase!! After doing my own little research and searching all through Amazon for the perfect fit for my home office and I, this set up had the most positives. While I was very skeptical due to several negative reviews, I'm SO glad that I decided to look at the positives vs negatives and took the chance!While on it's way, I noticed that the shipping was being sent from one place to another twice, so I contacted customer service and they quickly approached the problem with ease and continued to reassure me that it would be here by continuously keeping me in the loop with the correct tracking info.I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to computers, monitors and such and the whole set up was very easy to set up. The whole set up (computer, two monitors, keyboard and mouse) all came nicely packaged, with all of the correct cords. I did purchase a separate wireless keyboard to use, with a comfort grip but am using the mouse that was provided , with no issues.The only complaint I would have, would be that I have to purchase all Windows Apps separately. But overall, this was a wonderful purchase! Great value and pretty much exactly what I needed for a cheap price!!

Overall, it’s a great package. I bought it for my dad to work with his stocks and such, and the real-time functionality of this pc has been great. I highly recommend this unit for this price point. The seller provided detailed instructions for setup and is a good communicator when assistance is needed.On an individual piece basis, I have to agree with another reviewer that the keyboard is pretty cheap. I hate it; fortunately my dad hates it far less than I do.Also, the monitors work great, display great, but they look well used. They’re the HP ones with the silver coloring that always start peeling and fading. Plus there are scratches that I think were used for identification previously. Again, my dad can display all the charts, etc., very easily and quickly, so he’s very happy.If you need a pretty pc, you may need to spend extra money and go with another package. If you need a powerful pc and don’t have a lot of time to pick out individual pieces (and put them together and make them work) or money to pay for them, this is your package.

This computer came on time and I was surprised by the weight of the screens. They are definitely older ones but appeared to be stable. My computer was turned on and the operating system was geared for UK and not US. It took me a while to find out why and change. Then trying to move my files from my broken computer it went to blue screen. Now my problem is not the computer its the way I am being handled. I took out insurance plus I have a 90 day return policy. I got obviously a bad apple. I am still waiting to get a label to return. I am 66 years old and cannot pick up this box to return it. Nor do I have multiple boxes to try to make several more. I do not think I should need to wait. They are telling me 24-48 hours and its been over 24 hours and almost 48. This is the problem right now. Amazon should be covering the return they sold it. Regardless if its a third party or not. They sold it. Not happy. This computer is replacing one that is going out. I don't have lots of time. Ugh.

I bought 2 Windows 10 pro machines. 1 for my home office and 1 for my shop. $200 and change for a duplex monitor computer with everything ya need? Yep all day long. Is it the latest and greatest, nope. Will it last 10 years, probably not. I will say for the money if I get 3 or 4 years from it I'll be happy. Very clean looks new. Quicker then I had so yay! Did contact support and they were fast and friendly. After reading some of the reviews people are a little crazy. What do you want or expect, really? The company stands behind the product, if ya have a glitch suck it up cuz you saved a ton of money. If your time is so valuable and your business is making you buckets of money and you don't have time to deal then don't buy an old refurb. Duh!!! If you want to go on the internet, download, upload, pay some bills and maybe a few other things then these are the way to go.

I Am So Happy! I run my business and work from home using my computer, and it runs as if it was brand new.
