This stuff works. It burns a little because it has cayenne in it. Gives me energy as well. Make sure you're close to a restroom lol.

This actually helped a little. I feel better and my food digests a little better. I don't have the lower abdominal pain. Taking this and a good healthy diet, has helped me.
