Hotel Management and Operations 5th Edition

It was a good deal.

This book gives you a very realistic view of daily responsibilities for management positions. It also explains the importance of interactions with staff and motivational training to deter rapid turnover.

Book had alot of case studies in it, not the typical text you would recieve but i needed it for a class and it was in good condition and came very quickly

it is the textbook for one of my lessons. I think it is interesting and worth reading.

This book is a recompilation of valuable articles. I was looking for a more structured textbook. I guess I was mistaken...

I ordered this book on January 30th, 2014 is hopes that the book would show up within 2 weeks or so. I started falling behind in my class so I decided to contact the seller. On February 11, 2014 I went to check if I could track my order when I realized that my order was still "being prepared for shipment." I contacted the seller and the next day he replied to my email saying "I apologize we have sold the book. Thank you." This whole time I was thinking I was getting a book that was said to be "available" when I purchased it and when I contacted the seller it had already been sold to someone else.I am not only disappointed with this purchase, I am mad at the fact that I was not notified that the book had already been sold.

The book arrived damaged and completely out of the binding. I used it because I needed it immediately for class. When I returned it, I was charged $161 for damaging the book! I am furious.
