Easy to squeeze
Makes squeezing lemon, lime, orange, and many other fruits very easy and less strain. Makes family wants to make their own fruit juice mix. Very easy and user friendly to use.

Aluminum, not steel.
I could have sworn the description said steel, not aluminum so this may have been my error.Makes juicing citrus super easy! The shape of the juicer is very convenient, as I can set it on the counter for easy operation. It does a wonderful job of juicing citrus. Just know that if you juice with the peels on, it gets a little bitter. I don't mind, since there's lots of good stuff in the peels, but my kid isn't a fan and needs the citrus peeled.

Regrettable
Visually, it looks functional and well built. The problem is that it does not work as intended. When trying to extract orange juice, half of the possible juice was not extracted from the fruit. Of the juice that did come out, it was leaking from the top out of where the hinge is, and created a mess. More juice leaked from the other side, and less than half of the juice that was produced actually came out the spout. Very disappointing, and this is being returned. Also, the separate sleeve kept coming out.

Fantastic, heavy duty and very efficient squeezer.
We live in Sunny Arizona and have lemon, lime and orange trees in our backyard. This squeezer is perfect for squeezing a few oranges early in the morning, before breakfast, put juice in refrigerator while making breakfast and enjoy that super fresh juice with no added sugar or preservatives. When it gets close to the end of the season, we use a larger squeezer to squeeze about 80 oranges and freeze juice for the off season. This squeezer is better for about 20-30 oranges. The carriage is not large enough to accommodate our huge oranges. I usually cut the oranges into quarters, that way, I get more juice and less pressure from me.Squeezer is heavy duty, easy to clean, very efficient and does not take up a lot of space. I am going to buy another one for our summer home!

Works beautifully, BUT only extracts about 3/4 of the juice of a handheld juicer.
I was really excited to get this, and purchased it because I shake up cocktails regularly at home that involve lemons and limes. I have a stainless steel handheld juicer that I love, but towards the end of the process, it sometimes spits juice up at me or across the counter; I figured this one wouldn't--and it didn't.It worked flawlessly and was super easy and fast to clean up (as they say, hand wash it every time--no dishwasher for this one). It also feels sturdy and very well made despite its light weight, but aluminum weighs little compared to steel. My problem was getting full extraction. After doing 2 limes (cut in half crosswise, not lengthwise), and squeezing/pressing them as much as I realistically could, I then popped the spent/empty lime hulls into my trusty handheld juicer. Two limes, which yield approximately 2 ounces of juice with my handheld model, yielded about 1-2/3s ounce of juice; when I put the spent hulls into the handheld, it extracted another 1/3 ounce of juice or so, bringing it back up to 2 ounces or a bit more. This model presses the fruit, flattening it; the difference is that the handheld model actually flips it inside out, getting every ounce of juice out. Many reviewers say it's great for pomegranates, and that makes sense to me, based on the shape of the seeds. For citrus, it works decently, but cannot extract all juice based simply on its "press" design, unfortunately. You may say, What's 1/3 of an ounce of juice from 2 limes? When one makes many cocktails (friends, family) and uses a LOT of citrus, that adds up. It's the principle of it, really; one puts the effort in and wants the most of their citrus--not to throw away remaining juice for a small bit of convenience. I'd gladly have kept it if it extracted all of a fruit's juice. It's a great piece otherwise.

great squeezer
This squeezer works well. i used it to get juice from pomegranate seeds. Easy to use.My family had one similar to this one. The difference was that it could be disassembled which made it easier to clean. I would prefer that feature.

Strong enough to really squeeze a lot of juice out easily
For making lime juice, setting the device on the counter on its 4 legs, it's possible to really press out the juice because of the industrial-strength long handle. It's strong enough to transmit the force of being pushed down quite hard by my arm to completely crush the lime down flat. Virtually no juice is sprayed out, and very little remains in the squeezed-out lime, because nearly all of it has been captured. The juice is stored in the bottom as more and more quarter limes are squeezed. It fills up after squishing about 3 limes (12 quarter limes). The spout makes it easy to empty without dripping juice all over. A great design for producing much citrus juice with little effort in a short time. The whole thing cleans under the kitchen sink faucet by just running water over it, and it's shiny and ready to go again.
