I had a back injury and had a back brace which has a rigid back. I am out of the brace and in this bra. It “reminds” you to stand up straight and keep your shoulders down if you buy the correct size. In addition, it is not meant to be worn all the time. You need to build your muscles. I wear this during physical therapy to learn the correct posture while learning the exercises. When I do my exercises at home I do not wear it.I ordered my regular bra size and it gives my torso the support it needs.I am still in some pain and probably always will be because of the nature of the injury. Just don't rely on this to take away your problem. Build your core!

In all fairness I do think this bra helped me with my posture but only because it was on my mind the whole time because this bra is extremely uncomfortable (placebo effect). It runs very small, I could barely hook it on the first row. It's also easy to see under any clothing item, worr it with a tshirt and had to have a cardigan on to cover the very noticable arm lines that run diagonally through the breast. For me this bra was extremely suffocating around the bottom band because not only was it not stretchy and tight but it would also roll up. The fabric is not comfortable either.

A little big compared to usual bras but with no wires is comfortable.

I tried another style, preferred this one. I was going to order again, but the jump in price was steep

Well fitting and comfortable

This is the most poorly fitting bra I have ever had. My size has not changed, I have tried adjustments and it has made no difference. If I bend over, my breasts fall out, when standing, it is very uncomfortable. What a disappointment. I have worn it twice so assume it cannot be returned, never been more uncomfortable in a bra.
