I started taking this to help boost up my hair/nails/skin, but both me and my husband have noticed that since we started taking this, our brain fog has been slowly going away. We were not expecting this result and I have since looked into what is happening. The website says that silica binds and/or chelates Aluminum, and it is then removed from the body. Is this what we are experiencing? I don't know, but I will continue to take this product; I was taking silica in pill form before, and I did not have these results. We have been taking it for less than a month, so I can't comment on how it has helped my hair/skin yet. We will continue to take this product, for the cognitive benefits alone. We take it in the morning on an empty stomach, with pineapple juice and ice.

This product works! Within a week my nails were longer and stronger, benefit that I’ve yet to experience with collagen supplements. Another plus, no side effects nor aftertaste. Go for it!
