I had used the old product for a year. I was worried the changed formula was causing so many reactions per other reviews, so I did a patch test. No reactions after 48 hrs. The formula has DEFINITELY changed tho. It fizzled up when I mixed it, it didn't do that before. So I recommend testing first either way.It's also darker pigment, and I only left it on 7 mins whereas I usually did 20 before, and it's still darker on my brows. But I will say the patch test on my arm faded after a day to a great shade just like the old product. I also like the new cup and brush included. I really wish they'd change the spoon to fit into the leftover tube tho, that's still annoying.

It works—just don’t panic when it looks dark at first!I used the Dark Brown shade, and while applying, it looked almost black—definitely darker than I expected. I got nervous and wiped it off too soon the first time, and the stain didn’t take. I decided to redo it and left it on for about 10–15 minutes. That time, it worked! It gave me a nice, clean stain and defined my brows really well. I’m not sure how long it will last yet, but so far, I’m happy with the results. I’ve been using this product for YEARS and I’m a beauty professional. I’ve always had good results and happy customers BUT, do not let it sit for 10-15 minutes like it suggests. I usually start with 5 minutes for a hair color but not skin tint and up it to 7 minutes for more intense color and skin tint. I did the recommended time of 10 minutes the first time and it was so incredibly dark. Always go less time and wait 24 hours to reapply if you want darker intensity

I love this stuff! I just fill in the ends of my brow because after trial & error I think it's looks much more natural. I ordered Medium Brown. I leave it on for an hour or so. It stays on for about 4 days. But perfect for like cruises, work trips, vacations when you don't want the hassle of having to fill in your eye brows.

I have been tinting my eyebrows for as long as I can remember. This by far is my favorite brand. I love the little container that you get with it, to store the extra that's left over. Makes it very convenient and zero mess.

I have used this product for a while now to tint my eyebrows and have had no issues and loved how it worked! I recently bought another box because I ran out. When I received it I noticed the packaging was different but didn't think anything of it because brands change their packaging all the time. The first time I used the dye from this new box my eyebrows where so red, swollen and extremely itching for 2-3 days. I thought maybe it was a fluke because I had exfoliated prior. I just used it again a couple of days ago and the same thing happened. I'm not sure if the company changed the ingredients or something but I am super bummed about this. I loved how all the ingredients were clean compared to traditional eyebrow dye!

I have dark thin, fine hair. So my eyebrows are thin. I’ve always worn some makeup, but I’ve never been heavily made up type of person. With that being said, I just wanted fuller looking eyebrows. But I also didn’t want them to look like they are painted on or too much. I still want natural looking.With that being said, I am happy and it does work. It just doesn’t last six weeks or anything like that. Now it might last if I had light colored brows and wanted darker, absolutely then it might last the six weeks. It also might last longer if I used black, I used dark brown, which is the color of my natural eyebrows.It did take me a few tries to get it right. Again, as I didn’t want them to look painted on. I tried it three or four times before getting it right. The first tries were fine. They just didn’t last that long.I ended up leaving it on for 15 minutes and then when I washed it off, I did scrub it a little bit, it was still darker and more painted on looking. I looked ridiculous but I left it overnight and the next morning used by silicone face scrubber with some facial soap, and it lessen the intensity enough that it was really good. That was five days ago, they still look pretty good today, I would assume it will probably last about seven days total. And that is with very minimal washing just soap and fingertips on the eyebrows.I do use brow soap to shape my brows so that might be the reason why it’s washing off quicker. I like the way brow soap shapes my brows and holds them.I don’t have any tips if you’re looking for more of a painted on look.
