I’ve been taking Double Wood’s Ashwagandha for a bit now and I’m happy with the product. It’s what I was looking for: simple ingredients, no unnecessary fillers, and a company that’s clear about what you’re getting. The capsules only contain ashwagandha root powder, a small amount of rice flour, and a plant-based hypromellose capsule- nothing else. It doesn’t have any bitter aftertaste, and I haven’t had any stomach issues so far (this could differ depending on how you react to the shrub). If you’re new to it, I’d definitely suggest starting with one capsule a day to see how your body responds.Just a quick note: Ashwagandha can interact with certain medications (especially thyroid or sedatives), so I’d recommend checking with a doctor if you’re unsure. This is a great product. The taste is unique, but I actually like it It has definitely helped me control my stress and my cortisol and may even be helping reduce my belly a bit (combined with weight lifting and a calorie deficit).

I am under a lot of stress, I work third shift and I consume a lot of caffeine.This keeps my blood pressure normal and my heart rate went from 100 to 70. I feel much less stressed,I'm pretty sure this raises testosterone levels, i have a more masculine musk and I swear when I used this back in my early 20's my jaw got wider.

I made the switch to these from a more expensive gummy. I think they work, but they do seem different than the ones I was taking. I'm going to finish the bottle, but might keep exploring other brands/capsules/gummies/etc. and might rotate through my favorites once I have 2-3 I like best- this way I can keep it fresh (I'm not 100% on this, but my experience so far seems to be that I get accustomed to taking them and the effects level out as if a tolerance is built up). Breaks in between and a rotation on top brands I like seems to be a potentially promising strategy. So far, I wouldn't count this one out of my rotation.
