Finally I found the product that didn’t taste like drinking pure sugar. It dissolves easy, and tastes great!

The flavor is ok, although they are quite sweet, not too salty.

These do a good job replacing electrolytes, it should be noted that each packet has 480mg of sodium, not 99mg. You can somewhat stretch them by using a single packet with a larger amount of water and for me 2 packets in 32oz of water is the sweet spot. They do taste a little bit like a Flintstone vitamin but I am ok with that since I have yet to have dehydration issues like cramping up or muscle soreness after sweating a lot. This past weekend I was doing some very labor intensive yard work (sweat running down the back). While doing the work I ended up drinking about 64oz of water with 4 packets and I felt great afterwards. Muscle soreness was minimal and I was able to play with my 4 kids without feeling like I needed to take it easy. While they are more costly I wouldn't say that they are more costly than other electrolyte packets that replace fewer minerals.

Great flavor. Not too much sodium. Can use two if I've had a sauna and need to up my sodium. I love and trust Thorne products. Will definitely be using these this summer.

Just got this and was super excited. It tastes reallllly artificial and I’m bummed about it. The package also showed up with the contents exploded on the inside. I will not be buying again.
