I received this item April 18 2025 and started using it the next morning, so it's been just under a month of use and the biggest improvement I have noticed is with the increased mental processing is the best way I can describe it. As I have aged and after one heat stroke when I was in my 20's I have noticed the speed in which my brain processes has slowed. I am now in my 60's and before starting methylene blue I had noticed I did not speak as fast as I used to, would pause just a second or less to formulate the rest of what I was going to say to make my point. Now, I listen to others speak and if they are too slow in making their point I find myself becoming a bit impatient as my brain is ready to move on. My speech flows quickly with no pausing as my brain is processing faster than I can get the words out to make my point. Memory has improved as well. I read others say to dose yourself to the point your urine has a blue color, sometimes I note a blue color and other times just a neon greenish color and I take two droppers full every morning. I must warn people though to be careful handling this stuff, as I have inadvertently dripped a couple drops on my shirt ruining my shirt, have also gotten it on the cabinet face and the blue color does not totally come out. I have not resorted to sanding and refinishing the face of the cabinet yet but I think that will be the only way to get the blue color totally out of the wood finish. Would I recommend this? Yes. Will I continue to use this? Most definitely.

I ordered a second bottle recently after taking this daily for almost 2 months. It is easy to consume, I take 20 drops in my morning coffee. Here are some things I've noticed:- More energy- Depression decreased exponentially- More motivation- Less moody- Memory improved- Thinking and talking has greatly improved- Ability to focus on one thing much longer than ever before- More outgoing and socialThis may not be the same for everyone, but I have noticed a huge improvement in overall well being. I am much happier, which allows me to focus easier on things I enjoy. I have knocked out and tackled more home projects in the last couple of months than I have in years. It definitely took a trial period to see what dosage worked best for me, but after seeing results with 20 drops, I've stuck with it.

The main things I’ve noticed are improved mood and less overall irritability. Depression has been dulled down quite a bit as well. This one is real, and it works! I put to much in my first time taking it and it gave me the squirts. Lowered the dose to 3 drops in a 16 oz bottle of water. I’m up to five now. It’s working awesome! I have had shoulder pain for a few years from an injury. I no longer have that pain! I’m sleeping better and longer. I have been taking it for about two weeks religiously! I no longer have dry skin. My feet are no longer cracked and dry!Now, I did buy two different bottles, one is the one I am raving about, the other is made by Nutravia. Not real I tested it, would not dissolve in the water
