Effortless Cleaning with a Few Quirks – Eufy X10 Pro Omni Review
I recently purchased the Eufy X10 Pro Omni, and overall, I’m very satisfied with its performance. Setting it up was a breeze—straight out of the box, the instructions were clear, and the mapping process was quick and efficient. The vacuuming and mopping capabilities are impressive. With 8,000Pa suction power, it picks up dirt and pet hair effortlessly, and the dual rotating mop pads ensure a thorough clean. The auto-emptying and mop-washing station is a game-changer, making maintenance almost hands-free.However, the app experience could be better. While it allows for customization and scheduling, it feels a bit clunky and could use some refinements for smoother navigation. Another minor issue is that the robot gets confused around mirror doors, occasionally struggling to navigate properly.Despite these small quirks, the AI obstacle avoidance works well, and the auto-hot-air drying feature ensures the mop pads stay fresh. If you're looking for a powerful, all-in-one cleaning solution, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for those who want minimal effort with maximum cleanliness!

Wouldn’t be without it now
Obviously there’s a learning curve with this robot hoover. You give it instructions via the app. It does help if you clear rooms of minor obstacles to get a good result. I did think twice about buying at the price but glad I bought it. Works really well. If you pay for a cleaner then this will do them out of a job. There’s a choice of suction powers via the app. The noise level is fine but don’t use it while people sleep. Doesn’t need watching. Once you’ve let it map your rooms just let it get on with it. It does everything itself including emptying and recharging.

Very Impressed
The media could not be loaded. I'm so impressed. I was hesitant to buy a robot vacuum and spent a few months looking into the best one which included a mop (mop for us is essential and more important than the vacuum). I decided to go for this one after seeing overall positive reviews. Have had it for 4 days now and we have used it every day, so far I've had an overall very positive experience and it's been worth the purchase. We have white porcelain floors downstairs which need to be cleaned very well! I've added a video to show the results after the Eufy cleaned our floors. As the video shows the results are amazing, it's like we cleaned the floor ourselves!Unboxing and set up:- Very clear instructions when unboxing, easy to set everything up.- The only thing I didn't know about before purchasing is that you ideally need a space for the dock with 1.5m in front and 0.5m on either side. However, we placed it in a space that only has 0.5m on one side and the other side against a wall, and it's still working completely fine and manages to return to the dock with no issues.App:- App is easy to use and has a lot of different features to go through and personalise. We make adjustments as we use the Eufy more to create the best cleaning routine for our home.- Everything you need is on the app, including how long until you need to replace or clean certain parts. As the app has a lot of features you will need to play around with it a bit to discover what there is.- App informs you if there's any issues, e.g. if it's stuck somewhere (this is rare), or water needs to be refilled etc.Mapping:- First thing we did was get Eufy to map our home. I was so impressed with the mapping, it mapped our downstairs perfectly. All I had to do was name the rooms.- Upstairs mapping was a little less accurate and I had to make a few adjustments but overall was still quite accurate and I wasn't too bothered about adjusting the map.Cleaning:- We usually set to vacuum and mop together. If floors are quite dirty, might be worth vacuuming first separately then mopping after, otherwise the mop water might get a bit dirty, but the Eufy returns to its dock to clean its mops regularly so this isn't much of an issue.- It cleaned our white porcelain floors very well! It vacuums most dirt/fluff etc but might miss a little bit here and there - but humans occasionally miss bits too. Overall though the floors are noticeably clean.- We have a few rugs around the place and the vacuum function works well. You can adjust the suction strength. A few of our rugs are thick and/or fluffy so even when the robot lifts its mops up they still scrape against those rugs, but this doesn't transfer dirt or water onto the rugs. The rugs are still very clean and dry after the robot is done with them.- Manages to fit nicely in small spaces that we previously struggled to clean, e.g. under our kitchen cabinets.- Can also clean in the dark and has a little light which turns on automatically when in a dark space.Charge time:- Lasts about 1.5 hours of cleaning (with vacuum and mop together) before needing to be recharged. It had done a thorough clean downstairs by this time.- Returns automatically to its dock if it needs to charge, then continues where it left off once it has sufficient charge.Obstacles:- Accurate detection of obstacles.- Avoids things like electrical wires and fabrics that might get tangled in the brush.- Still manages to get close to obstacles and wall edges.Few downsides (I'm just being picky here):- Need to replace the dust bags once they're full, can't just empty them. I knew about this before purchasing but just might be worth noting that you can't just empty the bag and reuse it. You can get cheaper alternatives on Amazon which are compatible with the Eufy X10.- Has gotten stuck maybe once or twice near an obstacle which required me to get it un-stuck. However vast majority of the time it goes around by itself with no issues at all and I can go off and do something else.- It won't be able to fit everywhere, e.g. in spaces which are too narrow, so you might occasionally have to manually clean some spots. But the Eufy has definitely reduced my workload overall.Tried to keep this review concise but honestly had a lot I wanted to share! Don't think I will ever live without a robot cleaner again!

Fur, Mud, and Mayhem: This Bot Almost Handles It All
We upgraded from the Eufy Robovac X8 Hybrid. I was pretty happy with the simplicity of the Eufy app and how well the X8 cleaned with turbo clean, which is why I decided to stay with Eufy.I had the following requirements because we have a busy house and light wooden flooring!1. It needed to handle thick dog hair. The X8 would spit it out and also get blocked easily.2. It needed to self-empty because I was frequently emptying the X8 during a clean.3. It needed to mop and freshen the place throughout the week.4. It needed to handle muddy paw prints.Reasons I love it..- It was easy to set up and I think it’s well designed in terms of usability.- It’s simple to maintain - removing water etc- It self empties and self cleans!- It communicates well.- Its base is huge but very smart and the robot is solid in design.- No smears from mopping and floors dry quickly.- The floor is looking different after 4 cleans.- I suspect this robot is a dream for tiled flooring!- It’s quieter than the X8 and much more intelligent in the way it moves.- It navigates the rugs well and ramps up power when it detects the change in surface. It has bigger wheels and an extra brush.- It detects obstacles and categorises them on the map.- Manual clean is handy and a fun way to get the kid cleaning as it’s like a remote controlled car.- It has a child lock.Cons- It couldn’t remove hardened mud even on the highest intensity settings - both water and power. So I’m not sure how it’ll handle rainy seasons.- I’m not convinced the cleaning solution does much and it’s not scented.- I’m not keen on dust bags (for the environment) and would have preferred it being designed without them.- It’s very noisy when it empties but it warns you that it’ll be noisy so it’s equally considerate 😂Tips for set up- The on switch for the robot is under its magnetic cover. I don’t know if I missed that on the instructions but it took me a while to realise.- I lowered the sensitivity settings to help it explore more.- I set it to vacuum only a few times to learn the space before testing the mopping.- Keep your box and packaging!! It’s easy to miss the small print which says you’ll need it if something occurs and you need to return it.Overall it’s a smart piece of kit and only loses a star because I think the mop could be more powerful and the cleaning fluid scented. I hope it lasts for a while and Eufy find a way to improve the cleaning without customers needing to upgrade to another model.
