Purchase for our 40’ Itasca Suncruiser motorhome and it fits great in the water compartment. Switched from an older model brand that failed. This seems to be a good quality item. My only concern is the plastic filter wrench included. It’s quite flimsy and I don’t believe that it will hold up very long. I feel it could have been of a heavier material. Other than that I’m looking forward to long use of this product.

Excelent filter

The city water where I am is downright atrocious. This is around sixty five days after install with the filters that came with it, and the second photo is the original filter next to the Max Water Sediment filter replacement I bought (also on Amazon, for those wondering). I can actually drink the water now. There's a faint chlorine scent, growing fainter every day, but we're convinced it's because the rental we're in had zero water filtration and the pipes are diffusing what they had embedded in their time without the filter on it. For the price, unbeatable. For the ability to shower without my skin breaking out, drink the water without being made sick by doing so, and the lack of rust staining? Priceless.

The filter was easy to install, material seems sturdy. But, the gaskets between two filters wasn't tight enough. Of course you learn this only AFTER installing it and turning the water supply back on. I had to cut the filter out, take off the top plate, and tighten the gaskets. Then had to couple the pipes back together, giving it a slightly less appealing sight.Otherwise, I assume the filters are doing their job.Again, fairly good product, but quality control could have been better.

As others have said, threads are total garbage. A 3/4" make could thread into one side but not the other so it's obviously just a product defect. Maybe I got a bad one though but not worth chancing. Also, you can hear the GAC moving around in one of these filters. If it's packed like this, no way it's effective. Total garbage. Returning

Installed this on my camper seems to be catching a lot of debris and was easy to install.
