They work!
I like these a lot. Like other reviews said, they taste great which makes them easy to take. I've been taking them for about a month now and have definitely started seeing results. My skin looks healthier and my nails are stronger. I originally purchased this product due to struggling with excessive hair shedding. I'm doing other things to help with my hair so I cannot contribute all of the progress just to these vitamins, but I am seeing some results!

Great taste and good for hair growth!
My goal this year was to grow my hair out nice and long. The taste is great and I swear my hair is growing faster. I keep track of my hair length and it's definitely growing faster than the average 6in/yr rate. I am doing lots of scalp massages and scalp oiling as well. In terms of hair growth, I think it works well! It will be hard to say on skin and nail health and it's not something I keep track of often. But for the taste, I think it's nice to eat anyways!

I’ve tried different brands of biotin whether it’s pill form drops, but this gummy form is a game changer. It’s not too sweet and it gives me all the nutrients that I need. I take two a day. The quality is great. You will not regret buying this.

Does exactly what it and tastes good
We love these and have them on monthly subscription from Amazon, they taste great and really help with hair and nails, we already have pretty good skin but it's supposed to help that too. We definitely see a difference with the quality and clarity of fingernails, as well as the strength and reduced breakage of hair.

Jelly Beans Are a Nice Change
I regularly order these. The jellybean format is easy to eat and actually tasty. Works wonders for my fingernails.

Taste good!
I'm not sure if it does much. I mean my nails have been getting longer quicker. I used to used the regular one so I'm hoping the 2x more Biotin will help.Their not sticky and pretty solid with a matter finish but chewy on the inside. It's not like the candy gummies texture. It's solid enough on the outside but soft.
