Has been literally a LIFESAVER!
My father has been diagnosed with Pulmonary fibrosis, it's not server yet but his insurance hasn't kicked in for Oxygen tanks. Bought this as a substitute for now and it's been a great help. Where he'd be out of breath and difficult for him to walk he's able to recoup himself fairly quickly with this. We've now bought multiple and keep them everywhere in case of an episode.

Perfect for emergencies
My mom was just put on 24/7 oxygen due to health problems. I ordered these for emergencies. I put one in her purse, by bedside and van! The doctors thought it was perfect in case something happened!

Great to have
These little cans of air are awesome. I bought these for a friend who uses oxygen. Sometimes he just needs a small boost of oxygen and these are so easy to use. It allows him to get as much air as he needs. He likes these so much, I have them on auto ship. They arrive in two days and are amazing.

Basically a placebo--I tested it
This product essentially works on the Coandă effect and Bernoulli’s principle. When you press the lever, air shoots out of the canister in a small, fast stream. This creates a sort of pressure vacuum that pulls a lot of air from OUTSIDE the canister, through the gap underneath the lever, into your lungs. To you, it feels like a huge breath of air--because it is--but most of that air is not the pressurized O2 from the canister. Most of it is the same air you were already breathing. If you'd like to test this, light incense (or light a candle and blow it out, to fill the air with smoke). Put the canister nearby, create the seal around your lips as the product directs, press the lever down, and breath in. You'll get a lungful of smoke.I used a plastic bag and duct tape to create a seal around the lever, preventing any outside air from getting in. The difference was stark. I was able to take a TOTAL of three shallow breaths before the entire canister was empty. I noticed no difference whatsoever in the quality of the supposed O2, except that it tasted vaguely stale and chemical. You don't need to do any experiment to conclude all this, by the way. It's pretty simple math. The tiny canisters contain three liters of O2, which they claim is sufficient for 60 one-second breaths. The average lung capacity of an adult is six liters--2x one canister. This product is crap.

It helps Copd shortness of breath
My husband has COPD and these work great for him when he is experiencing shortness of breath. Two quick shots and he is usually feeling better right away. The product has no taste or smell and the can feel like there is nothing in them, but I assure you its in there. The only problem is that you cant feel when its almost empty because it already feels that way. Maybe a shot counter or a level gauge to tell when its almost empty. He doesn't like it when he reaches for it and it empty.

Buyer Be Warned. Nothing bad about the product...but
I bought this product based upon the tv ads and know of someone who used a pure oxygen tank as part of their therapy after lung repair surgery. The effects on their body and skin was pretty amazing. Yes, they were using medical grade oxygen, but this should produce similar results when used properly. That's where my review comes in. I took 3 one second hits of this stuff and was lightheaded for quite a few hours. I actually had to lay down for a couple of those hours because of a headache that it caused. It turns out that pressurized oxygen can potentially cause hyperoxia (sp?) and/or oxygen poisoning if not used properly. The instructions are very simple, which makes the product easy to use, but there are no warning labels at all on the product. Warning labels need to exist on all products that make health related claims and pump pressurized anything into your lungs or body. There is risk involved. My guess it that without a warning label, these guys might see a lawsuit at some point. I've emailed directly with them and they seem like great folks with the best of intentions. I just hope they do things the right way here.
