My adult daughter uses this for anemia and energy, she has crohns with gastroparesis and she is very happy with it, she has been taking it for a few months, as soon as she started using it she noticed a big difference in how she felt and was able to avoid an iron infusion, she also likes the liquid rather than iron pills and with the B vitamins it really gives her a boost. She likes the flavor and flexibility of liquid dosage. She doesn’t eat well sometimes due to the intestinal issues and is a busy working Mom. A nurse in the ER recommended this to her when she had to be seen for dehydration and anemia, the nurse said she had taken it during pregnancy and it had worked well for her instead of tablets. Highly recommend this!

Greatly improved my overall health since I started taking it. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Plus health included vitamins c, so whether or not I take with citrus, I feel it’s completely absorbed by my body. Did not give me constipation like the others

I don't write reviews as frequently as I'd like, but this really helped my iron levels increase and stabilize. I've been taking iron in the form of tablets (and tried different brands) but they don't seem to work as effectively as this one for me. From what I've noticed, it's helped tremendously with PMS symptoms, preventing hair fall, and easier breathing for me. I hope it helps someone else too!

Im anemic an have been for 13 years, I usually take iron pills but I dislike the constipation. This is by far the BEST product ever. It boost my iron levels, an I defiantly feel the increase energy. An MOST of all no constipation. Highly Recommend!

Although I was a little nervous after reading some reviews about damaged packaging, my order arrived fully intact and properly sealed.For context: I recently switched from the Mirena (hormonal) IUD to Paragard (non-hormonal) due to side effects like hair loss, weight gain, and acne flare-ups. Since switching on April 2nd, my cycles have been heavier, lasting about 6-7 days, which has led to increased fatigue and concerns about my iron levels. With my active lifestyle and daily workouts, the fatigue had started to throw off my routine, so I knew it was time to take action.I've always struggled with swallowing pills and used to crush iron tablets into applesauce, which tasted horrible. This liquid iron has been a complete game changer — it’s surprisingly easy to take. I usually drink it straight, follow it with water, or sometimes mix it into juice or a protein shake. To get rid of the aftertaste quickly, I’ll take a bite of my cereal bar (lol), but overall, the taste is very tolerable.I’ll continue taking it and plan to monitor my energy levels, as well as follow up with lab work to check my hemoglobin. I am anemic and I have always disliked taking iron because of how nasty it is. However this liquid iron is actually quite good. Even my 8 yr old daughter likes it too. It’s a relief to find an iron supplement I don’t dread taking everyday!
