ADJ Products VF400 400 W Compact FOGGER

I was surprised of the power of this small machine. I used it on a 10x12 foot stage in an arena and it filled entire stage. Warmed up quickly as well. Definitely worth the money for a great price.

When I first got this fog machine, I plugged it in and noticed that it never went into the “Ready” state (green light). It has juice and was heating up fine, but it was never ready to actually shoot our fog***MAKE SURE TO DO THIS WHEN ITS UNPLUGGED***I opened the housing with a screwdriver and took a look at the motor, but then noticed the cord that goes into the remote wasn’t plugged in.Please note, I’m not talking about the outside of the machine to the remote, but rather the outside of the machine to the inside of it.The plug went into the “outlet” of the machine. If you’ve opened it up and compare it to the rest of the machine, you’ll see one dangling, and two others plugged in.This fixed it, it was rather easy!!Overall, this machine shoots out decent amount of smoke, it loses a star for the extra work since it technically came not fully assembled. But I have yet to come across any other issues!

Great little machine, I used it last weekend for a house party and it worked like a charm. I had some fog fluid left over from a machine that I had bought a couple years ago (from a halloween store) and it worked great. I am looking forward to using this for Halloween. The build is solid (metal case). This comes with a wired remote.and seems to be a great value.

Bought in Sept 2017. Great product but stopped working after 6 month. Great customer support. Sent new AC cord and new remote. Then sent new complete product at no costs as machine seemed to be the problem.Unfortunately, new machine had exact same issue and the next one after that too...and the next one after that too. The last one I got did not last two weeks.When it function, the product is great, but it seems to be completely unable to be plugged for prolonged period of time. So you will never run into issue at gigs, but I use it just for fun in garage, and if you forget to turn everything off, we ll it seems like the product really cannot tolerate it (but to be fair, although it may have been the issue with the last machine I got, it was not the issue with the previous 3 ones). Just think the part used in China are poor quality and do not tolerate being at usage temp long enough (and machine has no mechanism to get in stand by/sleep mode).ADJ's customer has been PERFECT though. Fast, reliable, no picky...Like the company but am wary of this product (like their Pocket Pro moving head..)

Incompatibile timeer connections. Small fluid tank, it makes a lot of fog but uses a lot of fluid. Timer doesn't allow for setting delay between bursts or length of bursts.

This little machine is strong!Warm up time is about 5 minutes, after that you can use it maybe 4 times doing big shoots of fog... It will need to warm up a little again (1minute? or less) and I`ll be ready to go again!.... the tank is small, but the economy is amazing! I used it in a Gig last weekend and I only use half or less of the full tank capacity.The fog shot length goes about: 3 meters (9-10 feets)

just got mines in today and the red light came on but then everything just died.....maybe just got a bad one also...ordered another well see tomorrow....let u know if that ones any good
