Orthopods & PT's & shoulder pain sufferers everywhere take note!
Very pleased with this keyboard. Chronic pain has challenged me for most of my 69n years & both of my shoulders got frozen way back from using a small laptop for hours & hours of work. I got my ROM back, but prevention is a lot easier than working through all of that pain. I fell in love with this beautiful little thing very quickly. It has a perfect size & a perfect weight for being able to sit it on your thighs & then back to the desk & really just do what you want with it. Battery has never run out for me (not a gamer). Touch pad in the middle is quite well placed so that my posture, sitting at the desk, is orthopedically correct. Keys are softly lit & low profile & responsive. I can quickly & easily glide from one to another without engaging any shoulder muscles. Take note, all you medical types out there! I can sit up straight and breathe deeply as I type this review. Only one problem, quicky resolved by some new knowledge from the web; Bluetooth toys do not play well together. My adorable new soundbar had to go on AUX because it caused the touchpad on my keyboard to go all wonky (serious lag). This is not the first time my Bluetooth toys have had to be separated... I think some of the returns & complaints have been all about this important detail. Enjoy!

Not suitable for mac
I bought this to use as a media center keyboard primarily for controlling a macbook air in clamshell mode connected to a TV. I might be able to get over the lack of a dedicated click (drag and drop is a nightmare) but inertial scrolling does not work at all. I tried all 3 firmwares: windows, mac and basic mouse but none of them are compatible with scroll inertia. For reference, my logitech k830 works out of the box. Given how essential scrolling is to streaming websites and finder, this makes the touchpad effectively unusable for my use case. As a result, I will be returning it.Which is a shame because it's a beautiful and well made device. The bluetooth switch lets me additionally connect to my PC, which I also use on the TV from time to time. It works flawlessly for windows. Pairing was easy and the range on the bluetooth seems at least on par with my K830. The positioning of the touch pad in the center is much more ergonomic than other media center keyboards that have it on the right. Typing is very comfortable and accurate.I would have rated 5 stars if not for the overstated mac compatibility, as I consider inertial scrolling a bare minimum. I was prepared for the lack of gesture support, but the lack of support for inertial scrolling should have been stated in the product description.

Almost the perfect keyboard
Everything is great, except the touch pad does not 'click'. This makes it very difficult to click and drag to make selections or move things. It's so annoying because it is so good everywhere else. Why cut the quality short there? They could have made the perfect keyboard, but somebody had the genius idea to not include a tactile click with the touch pad.I'd really love to know how that conversation went, and what the logic possibly could have been to not include that feature. It's not a cheap keyboard. People shopping for a keyboard in this price range are not looking to cut corners to save a couple bucks. Why did the design and engineering team decide that for the customer?! It just makes no sense at all. It's like making the perfect car but then giving it old school crank windows, non power mirrors, and no cup holders. What could have possibly gone through their heads to think it was a good idea?

I received a defective product
When I received the product and looked at it, there were screws rolling around inside the product, and 5 screws that were holding the PCB were missing and were rolling around. Are you selling this as a product? And when I connected via Bluetooth, there was a long latency on the touchpad.

I wanted to Iike it.
Took over ten try’s to connect Bluetooth. Doesn’t have drag and drop feature on track pad. When it did finally connect had high disconnect rate. Does not play well with Mac.
