I can't rave enough about these gel sheets! They are good!
Updated: 1/26/2016I was able to document my daughter's fever on two occasions. First occasion, I took her temperature at 7:05am right before I applied the gel sheet on her forehead. I then gave her acetaminophen and monitored her for the next 30 minutes. Here are the results. Please remember though that these are my personal results and yours might be different.7:05am - 100.5F7:20am - 100.1F7:35am - 99.5F (37.5C)On second occasion, I did the same thing and here are the results.Again, these are my personal results.3:10am - 101.8F3:25am - 100.0F3:43am - 99.7F4:21am - 98.8F (37.1C)Original review: I can't rave enough about these gel sheets! I've used the Kobayashi Kool Fever before. But since those were for babies, I had to switch to these Be Koool gel sheets as my daughter got older. They really help cool the temperature down and in my case, my daughter sometimes shows immediate (5-10 minutes) relief after I apply the sheet on her forehead. Each box contains 4 gel sheets contained in 2 separate packs. You can easily tear the packaging without using scissors, so that is a good thing about it. A gel sheet will last up to 8 hours. I never had any issues of the unused ones getting dry or hard inside the original packaging. The gel sheet adheres pretty well to the skin of a child. It does not slide or come off even when the child sleeps sideways. It does not hurt to peel it off. My daughter is three and she likes when I put one on her.Mommies, stack on them. They are good!

Works great, easy to apply.
These work great to help bring down a fever. They are easy to apply, stay in place, and last a decent amount of time. My 6 year old son found them to be comfortable. I put the first one on him when he was sleeping. He didn't even know it was on his head when he woke up. Definitely worth the money.

I use it when I have fever or migraine.
I recently discovered this item when I went to a drugstore looking for a fever reducer. My son loves it when he has fever. It helps him feel more comfortable during the fever. I put it on his forehead at night. It doesn't wet the pillowcase and it sticks and stays on till the morning. It helps lower fever by a few degrees in the first 10 minutes of use.Another use of this product is for migraine headache. I put ice in a ziplock bag and put on my forehead when I have migraine. This Be Kool get sheet is more convenient to use and it works just fine.I now have this item in my house all the times. I recommend this product.

Good for cooling off fevers, even when kids are active
I searched for these in local drugstores several months ago, but was only able to find them in one. So naturally I bought up their inventory of about five boxes. A year and a half later, we're running low again and I was able to find some on Amazon instead. These gel sheets are worth it, as they can cool down the forehead of children who are active. We'd previously used damp paper towels or moist cloth towels, but they'd always slide out of position or our kids would take them off. With these gel sheets, we can attach them and not worry about them getting out of place for hours. As for their effectiveness, they do the job by constantly dissipating heat from their foreheads. I'd say they are good for most fevers, though we check them with a thermometer every hour to ensure the fever is staying under control. If these gel sheets can't keep up with the fever, we'd probably have to take them in to the doctor's anyway.

I feel a little better if I fall asleep and she has this on ...
This product works wonders for parents who have to constantly watch a child with a fever that goes up and down. At night, I feel a little better if I fall asleep and she has this on her forehead. It can help the fever, but do not depend on it to solely work on its own without home remedies or Rx. My child was afraid that her hair would get stuck to the gel and hurt when we had to take it off, but it didn't. She knows that she gets to put this on her forehead, legs and arms when she has a fever and is not afraid to have it taken off. Doesn't hurt that she gets to eat ice pops at the same time to cool her body down.

Where have you been all of my parenting life?
These are absolutely wonderful! I bought multiple packs for future use. Each box comes with 4 gel sheets. Be careful to not just rip up the package, because it is 2 sheets per pack, and you'll need the package to store the extra sheet. The sheet is soft, with one side being cotton-like (it has the cartoon design on it) and the other side being the cool gel side. It has a transparent plastic covering on top, that you peel off to use. From there, you just stick on the sheet on the forehead and it starts feeling cool. The sheet lasts for 8 hours according to the package, and you can use as many as you want back to back. For any parent who has struggled to keep a cold pack on your kid this is a dream come true! It easily adhere's to your child's forehead, and can last for hours on without it peeling off or even budging. Taking it off is also a breeze, with no residue! If that weren't fantastic in and of itself, I've found that kids love it too. Personally, my toddler wouldn't even want to take it off. She insisted that we leave it on. Additionally, if you find that the size of the sheet is too big, you can it easily down to size. For those with older kids who may be more aware of "girl" stuff and "boy" stuff, you may want to hide the packaging from girls. The box has some blue color to the design and it features a little boy wearing it. It could easily be mistaken for something only boys use.
