Great item
This works just as well as any name brand product at a fraction of the cost! I have it on subscribe and save so I save more and never run out! It is fully coated so there is no taste to it. The size of the tablets are small and easy to get down.

Healthier diet & fluid intake matter too!
I've been using these for years. I take 1 cap with my a.m. med's & 1 at bedtime. This isn't meant to be a laxative but a stool softener.Taking MORE pills than recommended is NOT a good idea. A LOT depends on your daily fluid intake, activity levels & your DIET!I'm 73 & a disabled Type II insulin dependent Diabetic - so NO "fast food" garbage for me.If you eat a reasonably healthy diet this product will definitely help keep you regular & comfortable in the process - but for best results try to keep to a healthier diet & pay attention to your daily fluid intake.

worked good
These work really well. The taste doesn’t really taste like anything and the sizing isn’t too big.

I didn’t really understand if these pills helped me or not.
I’m not sure, but I don’t think these pills helped me. I was constipated — for several weeks, it was difficult for me to have a proper bowel movement. I was going to the bathroom, but it felt like not everything was coming out — like something was stuck. I bought these pills hoping they would fix the problem. On Monday evening, I took two. On Tuesday during the day, I took three. But nothing happened after that — I didn’t go to the bathroom. So on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, I decided to start eating dried apricots and prunes regularly, because I read online that they are good natural remedies for constipation. On Wednesday evening, I was finally able to go, and again on Thursday. I’m not sure what exactly helped — the prunes, the apricots, or the pills. It’s hard to say, but the pills didn’t seem to have any noticeable effect. And I still feel like the issue isn’t fully resolved. I’ve been continuing to eat dried apricots and prunes actively for the past five days.
