I use various protein powders depending on offers price etc. This stuff Is the only one that gives me the runs. May taste good but doesn't stay in my body long enough to do any good. Weight loss maybe 🤣🤣

I have used PhD nutrition products for years and this is one of my favourites - it tastes great and the nutritional makeup is perfect for my goals. It dissolves easily in either milk or water to give you an easily consumed protein boost that is absorbed quickly with no bloating or adverse effects.

It tastes nice and with great ingredients, I don’t usually like this but this one had a good taste.Its thickness its good and its a good value for money.Dissolves well with milk or water .

Have been using this brand protein for a long time and never had any complaints. And it's the same for this one.So you get 20 servings in the bag which for me will be enough for about a month. From one serving you get around 19 g of protein and around 100 kcal which is perfect if you watch what you eat. I drink this shake after the gym in the mornings which is perfect for recovery. It shakes really well, dont get any lumps and the taste is quite good slightly too sweet for me and has a bit of chemical strawberry aftertaste. But its really normal as all proteins have what.Overall it's perfect for use after gym, gives you a decent amount of protein and helps with recovery.

This is one of the better protein powders I have tried with this one actually tasting like strawberry but it still does have that powdery aftertaste even though it does blend up really well.A resealable bag would be a great addition. The price is fair, I would be interested to try a different flavour from this brand to see if maybe it is more of a strawberry thing that has the issue with the powdery taste.

It arrives in the usual resealable plastic bag. You get 20 portions of it, each delivering 19g of protein for around 100 cals, so not bad on macros.It mixes well, no lumps if shaken for a few seconds, taste is not great IMO though, it's more like shoving a handful of strawberry candies into your mouth, instead of the taste of the real thing, but eh, that's prot powders for you.Altogether not a bad choice if you need a lean protein
