Love this machines before I was using the green machine which still works fine but I was never impressed with it and didn’t use it that often bc it so big and bulky i would reach for my carpet cleaner instead. This machine is small but mighty it’s half the size so it’s easier to store, move around and carry I use it more often.Everything I disliked about the green machine is resolved in this machine. The suction is stronger. Everything pretty much comes apart so it makes it easier to clean the machine. The clear plastic head part comes off I hated how there was alway trap debris in the head. It also have a self-cleaning feature that cleans out the tube and nozzle. I like that the bristles brush comes off and is reversible, there’s a bristles brush side and silicone brush side for different type of mess. The suction is stronger and takes less time to pull up stains and messes. I don’t think the water/cleaning solution tank is larger but I find myself not needing to refill it as often. It’s easy to release dirty water tank to empty and clean it the little filter pads are washable. Never had any issue with it leaking.Overall I love this machine I was super impressed with it and had so many different feature I didn’t know or saw advertised.

I almost didn’t purchase this cleaner because it uses product specific cleaning solution. Research showed side by side videos of this cleaner vs competitor. There were visible differences in stain removal. That plus Amazon’s good return policy caused me to try this carpet spot cleaner. The results were remarkable. I followed directions to pre spray spots. Then I cleaned adding more spray as I agitated the brush and extracted the solution. This removed every spot I used it on from light gray carpet. Several spots were more than ten years old and had withstood multiple rounds of cleaning, including using full size carpet cleaning machines. The unit is small enough to sit on a stair tread. I found it easiest to add a heavy duty extension cord. Small cleaners use slightly short cords. The advantage / disadvantage is the small size of the tanks. It is intended as a spot cleaner. The cleaning solution is diluted so you can’t put leftovers back in the bottle. Small tanks mean less wasted solution per use. Fill it uses 50 ml cleaner to 355 ml water. I worked measurements so that I could divide and use smaller amounts for smaller areas. The oxy multiplier is not diluted so extra could be returned to the container. The tanks sit flat for filling. The unit is easy to disassemble for cleaning. It appears well made and is easily carried even with full solution load. It is quieter and lighter than the portable machine it is replacing. It does not have revolving brushes or built in heater. It does have reversible brushes with standard scrub brush bristles on one side and rubber bristles on the other. The machine option I purchased has a seven inch wide brush which is great for stairs as well as a smaller brush and a crevice brush that “hides” inside the other brushes when they are in use.

Smell the oxy solution before you fill the tank! Seems to work really well. I used it to clean the upholstery on my couch and it did a fine job. The only complaints are that cleaning it after use is a lot of parts, but not hard to rinse everything. I also wonder if the hose will stay good, since there is not a way to clean that. Also, the smell of the oxy solution is that of an old dish rag. Almost mildew scent. Why in the world would you want any part of your carpet or upholstery to smell that way?? The other solution smells wonderful. I wonder if the oxy one i got had gone bad or something, but there’s no date, so I don’t know. 5 stars because that has nothing to do with whether the product works, so for me it’s a win, and I just won’t use that oxy solution. Definitely smell it before you fill the tank with it.

This machine works great, but nowhere for the tools. It’s a bit frustrating they couldn’t design a plastic fitting they slip onto like vacuums.. For those of us with limited space to store things, especially cleaning things. BUT it works so well, very effective for my doggos “gland” problem on the couch and such. I had my comforter on the couch and he made a mess and it worked amazing. Just spray a good bit and let it soak for a second and then scrub as it vacuums. I found pushing upward while spraying and then coming back on it is best and then different scrubbing motions. After a few minutes it was good to go. Honestly maybe even a minute was good but that gland smell is dreadful so I’m thorough lol. He actually peed on the carpet the day I got it and it worked great on that too. He rarely pees inside but this will work great with one button press(Once the tanks are all setup). I have to pay $2 wash and $2 to dry where I live so this is going to be a lifesaver!! The cleaner smells really good too imo. The system is simple there are 3 tanks. Pour blue bottle “Oxy Multiplier” liquid in its separate container and then in the main tank you mix the orange label “deep clean pro” in with a large amount of the water in the tank till the water level rises to “concentrate”. Then in the last tank is where the dirty water goes. So that being said 2/3 tanks you keep full and just add to the oxy tank and maintain the concentrate/water mixture tank. You dump the nasty water each time. I’ve never owned one of these before but it’s genius. I bought the normal sizes for Oxy Multiplier and Deep Clean on Amazon and they are quite large(same liquid works for the bigger model cleaner too) so we should get a lot of use of them. Oh yeah it’s not THAT loud either! The spray amount is a lot compared to some videos of the hoover and others but I didn’t see them in person like this one. If you held your hand out and sprayed down it, it’ll cover your hand for instance. Cord is nice quality and long and has that beautiful thick rubber notch for wrapping the cord around it. Machine overall build is good just be gentle pulling things on and off. Wish I could give it 5 stars but it needs to store properly and make the hose a bit longer and wrap around better. Maybe over time it will feel better but the way it sets on the machine seems so fragile imo it’s just in this notch that holds it. Oh and it’s weight, it’s pretty light! I would 100% trust my grandmother carrying it around her home. Anyway, I had to give my opinion on this machine since it works well for me.
