Before using Totaria 12 in one, I used a supplement of only one type. The difference in my body, both awake and asleep, is dramatic. I sleep so much better at night and my mood is much more relaxed during the day. My mental clarity is better probably because I sleep so much better now.

It's a 12-in-1 complex Magnesium Complex, Under the supplement facts it says magnesium complex then it says 700mg,then it lists the 12 different types of magnesium , but, it does not break down how much mg's of each type is in each capsule as you would normally see. After taking a few I noticed this. I contacted the Company twice for a breakdown they have not responded. I will not take anymore when I don't have all the info. Not sure if their labeling is even legal. I hope this review will prompt a response. I'll give it a few days then send it back.Update: Company responded and sent the info I requested.

I shopped around on Amazon to find one that would give me most bang for my buck and this one fit the mold! I get awful restless legs and when I take these capsules it improves my restless legs dramatically. The best part is the serving size is only one capsule which is perfect because take a few other things at night. Overall worth it!
