I've been taking the supplement for a month now and I have to admit it is difficult to know for sure that this supplement is the cause of an improvement in my energy levels and general muscle strength but I do feel more energetic, I m sure that there is many factors associated with energy levels and muscle strength but I can genuinely say that I do feel better, whether that's to do with a mindset or expectations idk but I like it and even if it is a placebo effect I am happy to pay the cost of the supplement for the effect :)What I can say with certainty is that I like the product it is a good value for money and I will definitely continue to take for another 3 months.The capsules are fairly large and some may find them difficult to take but to me they are okay.

Well packaged and easy to swallow soft gels. I have been taking 2 every day for 2 months and noticed no difference in energy levels or general health. I don’t think they have done me any harm but equally I think I was expecting more. Maybe I needed to take them for longer

I looked at several options of pomegranate extracts and this was the best priced quality pomegranate supplement I found. Although the capsules are quite large they are quite easy to swallow. I also appreciate that the ingredients are organic. I have only been taking 1 capsule a day so far but will now increase to 2 capsules and monitor my energy levels more closely.
