Very nice. Not as large as picture shows unless you have a Beetlejuice head but it works great.It would be perfect if it had a strap so it stays in place when you're sitting up

Cooling, yes…BUT
This is NOT A PILLOW. Which is what I wanted! This is the size of a gel cold pack for your cooler! It holds the cold very well and is easy to use. But it is Not comfortable to sleep with as they suggest! It gets rock hard! Does not stay in place unless you put something around it. So it does NOT work well as intended! They are saying “pillow”. IT IS NOT. I wanted it for my kidney flare ups, so I could sleep when they were inflamed. So I feel misled from false information. I did keep it because it does help with my knee pain, when that flares up!BUT PLEASE DON’T THINK IT IS A PILLOW…it is NOT, very Small!
