It broke after less than 6 months and Dyson is claiming this seller is not an authorised seller. Avoid the product, avoid the seller

Dyson doesn't take responsibility for amazon sold Dysons.
I bought this for a friend and it just stopped working. Now, amazon says "we only sell, the brand gives the warranty" and dyson says "we don't have guarantee coverage for amazon sold items". I pay 3-4 times the market price for a product depending on the brand image etc and now this is what we get as a consumer.

Power Plug
Bought as a gift and was truly disappointed that power plug is not compatible with UAE power sockets, it wasn’t mentioned on product description either. Now gift is ruined and it’s too late for a refund or exchange either…
