Great for beginners
These were bought for my wife as she’s recently started playing tennis. The dampener fits nicely on her racquet and she thinks it’s slightly reduced the vibrations through her hand/wrist. My daughter liked it so much that she’s taken the second one for her junior racquet as she loved the pink colour so much!

Decent but short lived
I definitely felt a difference but the fun did not last long. They need frequent adjustment and would often go off the grid specially when you are playing an high intensity smash. Hard to find when they part your racket and there goes that 5 bucks with both off the radar for me.

Not very secure.
At first I believed my strings were loose, trying on a restrung racket the dampener still flies off at least once per set, can be quite annoying!

Vibrations be gone
It works to prevent excessive vibration down to the hand and wrists. Although they do come off regularly.
