The velcro came off within 10 minutes of using the product. Does not clean any surface. Totally cheated. No refund also possible. DO NOT EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT

Not worth the hype
It’s better than others as you can use it on your clothes but it requires a lot of energy and pressure to clean. Not suitable for daily use. The plastic used is also of poor quality so will probably bend or break. The mechanism is good but I really wished they made it easier to use with better components

Good product with poor quality
The product is very effective to use on sofa and beds. However keep a Fevicol SR tube ready as the red brushes may come off after a couple of times usage. Your fire finger should be placed on the supposedly lock of the container as the poor plastic quality lead to getting the lock open while rolling leading to the collected dust spilling out. So you know how to manage this now. Go ahead and buy, worth for the money. But it’s Made in China
