Very pleased
This was not my first choice, I went for a cheaper model. Was pleased but on the 4th mug it stopped working. Brought this one and it was dearer. It is so simple to use. More compact and better looking. Really pleased and a great product.Fingers crossed I get more than 4 mugs from it.

Perfect for 11oz mugs and it fits 15oz mugs too
The media could not be loaded. I bought this press to start a mug printing biz based on the video reviews on line. It is really well made, I love the huge touch screen timer. I mainly bought it as the description said it can fit 15oz mugs and it does with minimal gaps around the handle. It does smell a little when it's turned on but I'm hoping that will eventually fade. I have not tried pressing a mug yet as I am waiting for inks to arrive. The price was great compared to their larger tumbler press, hope to upgrade to the tumbler press because it can fit larger items and you can do 2 mugs at once. Great starter mug press for beginners to sublimation

My first cup was 11oz in size it fitted perfectly, I followed the instructions from the booklet that came with it 180c for 280 seconds worked perfectly. I’m delighted

Doesn’t work
Followed temp and time settings in the manual … doesn’t transfer into the mug at all , just turns the paper brown ! That’s it ! Not happy !

Good, but not perfect
It’s good, but not when it comes to full wraps for mugs. I always end up with ghosting around the handle.
