GUYS!!! 41-year-old male here! I'm on day 4 of using Optimo DHEA and all I have to say is WOW! This is a review from a happy customer! I've tried the Tongat ali stuff with Fadogia in the past and it worked but gave me bad rashes and made me feel aggressive all the time, which I did not like. I was always anxious on it.Taking OPTIMO DHEA for a first time on day one I noticed perk in my step while getting out of bed!So these are the benefits that I am reaping at day 4:1. Energy when waking up2.Sleeping better and having deep vivid dreams3. I feel tingling in the sack: getting bigger4. I can be aroused when I want to on command5. My mood is SUPER elevated, my anxiety is down, and I feel SO much relaxed!6. Strength in the gym. I feel like I can do more, not necessarily heavier but I can work out for longer. ENERGY! I feel the energy that I had in my early twenties.I only take one pill 50mg, from what I read that is all you need as a recommended dosage. I have no side effects, no acne or break outs of anything, but like I said I'm sticking to one pill a day that I take in the morning with my coffee. Speaking of coffee.....I would drink coffee all day long but in the last 4 days since starting DHEA I only have one cup in the morning and energy all day with no desire for coffee!!!

As a women prioritizing my self and my well being it’s hard to find safe supplements that deliver what they promise. I've been taking optimo DHEA + Bioperine for some time now and I've noticed an increase in my energy levels. I'm able to do my 10 hr shifts at the urgent care where I work at and still have energy to do my Pilates, barre, or swimming class after. I don't feel fatigued or depleted of energy as I did before where I had to choose one or the other because I was always exhausted after work.I'm glad that after working so hard in grad-school and even now as a provider I get to invest and take care of me with supplements that are not only safe and backed by research but are helping me feel and look better. Normally I do not write reviews, but in this case, I think this product deserves to be bragged about. Im a healthy 49 year old. I try to stay healthy by eating right and I exercise regularly. I always believed that this should be a priority in maintaining optimal energy but I really needed that one last push. Its still a bit of a struggle with my energy levels at times especially trying to work full time and training for marathons. Sometimes, I fluctuate with my energy levels. But, this product has given me more consistent energy every day. No more fluctuations!!!!! I had taken dhea when I was about 37 years old, but this time Im seeing better results than before, maybe because now Im older and have less DHEA production. This product gave me no side effects and has been by far way to be more effective than the ones I took in the past. Positive changes include, more stamina, improve libido , more energy, with workouts and run. My conclusion is that dhea is excellent for women over 40.

I love these vitamins! I’m 54 and these help me perform my daily activities so much especially when I’m tired, I can tell when I’m not taking them! I like the price for how many are in there, they are easy to swallow due to coating, there is no after taste and the ingredients are just like the ones my doctor prescribed but less expensive!
