Well made. Works GREAT! Due to Operator Error (Mine), we had an issue with changing the combination, Called customer service and they were stellar. Walked us through the process and emailed a copy of the user manual. I had missed the part where you had to enter the new code twice. Customer service representative was patient, professional and made sure we had everything under control before hanging up. And we didn't wait on a long hold before they picked up! Highly recommended. BTW, ours is bolted to the concrete floor to ensure someone can't walk off with it! A real winner!

I’ve used this for not even 1 month and the door is jammed. Thankfully it’s jammed and stuck open rather than shut. Very disappointed

Safe works fine although I found a similar safe for 2/3 price. Seller couldn't deliver 1st order and sent a second but didn't refund 1st order and won't answer messages. I am ordering 2 more safe's from somewhere else, hopefully better customer service.

Safe won’t stay closed.
