Well packaged. Assembly instructions were very clear and precise. The reference letters from the assembly instructions perfectly matched all of the attached labels on each individual component. Thus making assembling easy and speedy. It is ideal height and sturdy. The castors also have brakes on two out of the four. Liked the hat and coat hooks at each end.The quality of this product is excellent and I am so very pleased with it..It even came with spare fixing parts! Super value value for money. Would not hesitate to purchase another and would certainly recommend it.

Comes in a box 16inches x 14inches x 4inches (i.e. in a number of pieces ). However all the pieces well labelled and quite simple to put together. What I did like was there is a separate little bag with some extra bolts etc in case you drop some and can't find them. If you don't want it as high as quoted a section on each side can be easily left out ( can also leave the side hooks off if you don't want them ). Metal tube diameter 2.5cm. means it's quite light but sufficiently strong for my shirts, jumpers etc for home use although I wouldn't buy it for e.g. selling clothes at boot fairs. Seems reasonably robust and I think it's worth the money but time will tell.

This is not heavy duty

Good quality product which is strong and sturdy. It rolls easily on the wheels, is lightweight and the metal has a matt finish so looks smart. Good value for money.It is very easy to put together as each part is labelled with an alphabetical sticker and the drawings give clear instructions because of this. I have never put together something so clearly labelled and straight forward.

Not too difficult to assemble but would be better for older women on their own such as myself if these things came with just two pieces to slot in! Could use two racks for shoes as well.

Item is poorly made. Some of the holes are clearly with incorrect measurement and impossible to put the screws provided through. Seller’s response time is extremely long and not helpful. waste of money.
