These pillows are great, especially for the cost. They look and feel very nice and are made from good quality materials. I had to remove some of the filling though as they come stuffed pretty full. Once I adjusted that, it was the perfect height for me. They're firm out of the box, but they do get a little less firm as you remove material. It has a slight scent of lavender, so if you are sensitive to smells it may be an issue. Doesn't bother me though. I've been using them for about 6 months now and they haven't lost their shape at all.

The cooling side of the pillows is amazing ! I love how they are firm but also fluffy so it doesn't feel like a brick. The size of these pillows is great. They do get flat but the puff back up quickly due to the type of filling. The price is great and so worth it.

The media could not be loaded. So after opening the first the pillow came very flat/ thin and lifeless. I'm not sure if it's because of the packaging or what but I literally had to unzip both pillow case layers and fluff the memory foam guts by hand...not very cushiony at all upon opening . After a good tedious fluffing and shaping the pillow looks and feels ALOT better! Its very soft and quishy yet sturdy and very cushiony. It feels good on my head and neck. Seems to have good support and it's very fluffy! The second pillow king worked it self out and just need to fluffing from rhe outside and i didnt have to unzip both layers to fluff..so just be prepared to possibly have to do some work to get it to the desired look and feel!

I was pleasantly surprised that there was no unpleasant smell and it fluffed up quickly after being unpacked. Very firm, could never use to lay my head on. Does not look like the picture. Does look good as an ornament for the head of my bed.

Every time I lay my head down I’m instantly comfortable. I was looking for a pillow that wasn’t crazy expensive but also good quality and I think I’ve found it. I’ve had this pillow for about three months now and I will say that it has gone down slightly in size from daily use but not drastically. It has morphed to my head and the way I usually lay on it. I know it says it’s not recommended for stomach sleepers but I am occasionally one and I’d have to say it’s very comfortable. It supports my neck from every position and I haven’t had any pains since buying it. It is however very heavy so if you prefer a light pillow I’d suggest steering away from this one. I literally dropped it when I pulled it out of the box. I only noticed a smell from the plastic but nothing that lingered to the actual pillow.

Wow! Pillows came vacuum packed and rolled, I for sure thought it was only 1 pillow, but nope it's definitely 2. They are soft, come with a pillow cover to hid the material inside it. The pillows are adjustable, simply take out some fluff if you think its too bulky, I prefer fluffy pillows. It's cool to the touch, quality is nice for the price. No, smell either! I read the reviews, and some of them mention a smell? Mine didn't have any scent to them at all. I have another set on the way! I did wait the 24 hours the instructions say and my pillows were so fluffy, I absolutely am in love with them! And a plus, I got them in less than 24 hours after ordering them, they got to my home same day!
