my cat loves it! okay i lied, but she doesn't hate it.
the best thing about this carrier is the ability to pull it on wheels. for some reason, this doesn't cause the cat to freak out the way she does in her hardshell plastic carrier that i have to hand carry. i can even coax her into it when she's just looking for a hidey hole to relax in. size is good too, and she's almost a 20-pounder.

Sturdy, good quality
I'd give this 5 stars if it didn't smell like strong chemicals. Easy to assemble, durable. I like the options of the wheels and carrying it.

This is great!
I love this pet transport! I have 3 chonky full-grown cats who hate going to the vet. It's a wrestling match to get them inside my old carriers. I have a rather heavy plastic carrier and a soft-sided carrier, both of which were bought for large (LARGE) pets but don't easily accommodate my chonks. This one can handle up to 22 lbs.! And you can wheel it like a piece of luggage, easy to assemble and disassemble. The carrier actually attaches to the wheel platform with velcro, so you can remove it easily from the wheels. It has handles and a shoulder strap. You can load your pet through the top or the end. I can't imagine any other feature I might have wanted! My cats haven't tried it yet but I foresee a much easier process.

Does not fit under the seat!!!!!!
This carrier looks great and I love the under wire that helps keep its shape, BUT we flew with it and it does NOT fit under the seat as advertised. It’s too tall and about 4-5” too long.

Great Product
Nice looking and functional. Haven't used it yet. Our trip was cancelled.

Badly designed handle
The handle falls all the way down and only stays up when you hold it up. I had to put a hair elastic around the handle to secure it to the front of the carrier because I kept tripping over it when I let go of it. My dog weighs 20 pounds and when she was in it, she was able to turn it over on its side if she ever shifted around. I wouldn’t buy again.

No carrying her anymore!!
Easy to assemble, exactly what I wanted. My 16lb long haired dachshund fits comfortably
