Very strong
The recommendation is 2 tablet's once a day with food. For some reason this makes me very nauseated so I take 1 tablet twice a day. I've never had this issue with multi vitamins before. Not sure if I will buy again as it's not a pleasant experience

Unfortunately make me sick
I’ve taken them many times with no real problem other than the very strong smell, but occasionally they’ve made me vomit, a couple of times from taking them on an empty stomach, which I avoided doing thereon after, but even still with and after meals they’ve had the same effect. Won’t buy again
