Excellent
Does the job, just that it needs a microphone. Can't get it to use the computer microphone. Everything else is great.

Nice Design, But Does Not Work Properly
This seemed to be just what I needed for my new Surface 8 computer, but it did not function as advertised. While the HDMI port did work properly, after many attempts to get the LAN port to work, it would not deliver any LAN signal to the computer. One of the USB ports was also not reliable. It would work on a thumb drive, but not on the keyboard/mouse small dongle. Thinking this particular unit was defective, I ordered a replacement. The replacement had the same problems. So they both are being returned.

Great Product! Performs as advertised!
This was a great purchase. Recently upgrade my Surface Pro 4 to a Surface Pro 8. Access ports on the Pro 8 are different and only accommodates USB C. All my files from my Pro 4 were on USB drives. This product solved those connectivity and access problems.

Came with a European plug luckily I had a different plug. got a small refund and company made it right, unit works as its supposed to

DO NOT BUY!!
The docking station fails with in a month. Looks like it has the incorrect voltage power supply, so it fails. The box says do not use a power supply greater then 14v but it comes with 15v. Does not appear to be a legit Microsoft docking station. i have two of these and both failed!
