I really don’t know how well it works. I use the shampoo and the conditioner. When using it it doesn’t smell great. But you can’t smell it when you rinse. I have very thin hair. My hair dresser told me it’s always best to use the same brand of shampoo and conditioner.

I was in a horrible shedding phase- to the point of where you could almost see my scalp through my hair. I had tried several expensive supplements, topical sprays, vitamin therapy, oils... you name it.A friend suggested this shampoo and conditioner combo and it was the only thing that got my hair to stop falling out.I noticed a difference by the third week of using it. Even my stylist noticed and asked what I was doing differently.This stuff is amazing and it makes you scalp feel so clean after you use it.

My biggest complaint is that the large sizes need a pump dispenser. They are heavy to lift and not fun holding upside down waiting for the shampoo/conditioner to come out while in the shower. Besides that, I love the smell. I can't really say I've noticed any difference in my hair though, and the condition makes my hair a little knotty, so I probably won't buy again.

This work very well, I have used this in the past after a bad car reck. I started losing hair in one place do to trama, this brought it back then I almost died and when I got back home I started losing hair so I started using it again.

the peppermint scent is not overpowering, and Not strong to my hair and scalp, no skin irritations and no sore scalp, being this is my first time of using it and delivered thru the Amazon truck, delivery was perfect and done in Love, anyways, i tried the shampoo & conditioner arrived in perfect condition, my hair felt great and manageable, i will see how my hair will be in a Month...otherwise i like this ZOTOS shampoo & conditioner for thinning color treated aging hair.
