Great product, easy application
I have been looking for a comparative product to the Rainx glass treatment of 20 years ago and this comes very close. Follow the directions and very easy to apply.

Streaks hazing fogging. Wears off fast. Barely works at high speeds.
Buy if you like your windsheild foggy with plenty of streaks everywhere that are impossible to buff out. I followed the directions perfectly on a cool shady day and buffed out several coats but no matter how fast i buff the product off and no matter how fresh/dry the paper towel is, the product leaves tons of streaks and fogging. AND after all that work it only beads the rain past 65 miles an hour, so basically it only works on a fast expressway and the product quickly starts to wear off after 2 weeks of raining or car washes. Rain X isnt what it was 20 years ago, you have lost a 25 year customer, i will find a better product.

Okay as a Regular Cleaner - Can't Replace the OG Bottle
This stuff is fine. It does a pretty good job cleaning windows, and does leave a decent hydrophobic coating, but nothing can replace the OG Rain-X in the little bottle you rub on with a cloth. That stuff will always be the best, but this does a pretty nice job as a cleaner for day-to-day use to just help keep the windows extra bead-y.I still prefer Sprayway glass cleaner as my go-to glass cleaner and that stuff can be used on any EVERYTHING. This is nice to throw into the mix to just keep the coating up but like I said, it won't fully replace the Rain-X in the small bottle we all know and love. Maybe after a few applications, this thing will get there. As others have said, it can leave behind a bit of a haze that's tough to buff out. I've noticed it on some windows, and not on others, which is odd, but with a little work, you get there. At that point, the original Rain-X is probably the same amount of work and yields a better result. My assumption is we're all looking to buy this because the application seemed easier, and while that is SOMETIMES the case, it doesn't work quite as well and can at times be the same or equal work to buff out.TL;DR - it's fine. It doesn't compare to the Rain-X Original we all know and love, but does a decent job cleaning windows, can help to maintain and already-applied hydrophobic coating, and I imagine after a number of times using this, you'll get a decent coating with this product alone.

No haze if you buff with a clean dry cloth.
I purchased CLR to remove nasty buildup on my shower glass doors. First, I restored the shower doors with CLR with a non-scratch pad and then rinsed them thoroughly with water. After drying the doors, I sprayed Rain-X Cerami-X Glass Cleaner + Water Repellent, directly onto the glass and worked it in with a microfiber cloth until it hazed over. Finally, I buffed the haze off with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. The results were astonishing! The doors look better than when they were new. When I showered, the doors repelled water exceptionally well. While I was at it, I also cleaned the bathroom mirrors using just Rain-X Cerami-X Glass Cleaner + Water Repellent and buffed off the haze with a clean microfiber cloth to a diamond-like shine. Once again, the results were astonishing and even better than when they were new.Hint: To really get the full effect also do the outer side of the shower glass doors, no CLR. Just spray, wipe and buff with a clean cloth.Hint 2: Make sure the cloths you are using were not washed and/or dried using clothes fabric softener, as this leaves an oily residue. It will make your hard work, look a bit swirled at the end.
