Tastes great but you need more water than you think especially if mixing protein powder with it and microwave it in intervals to keep an eye on it. It is a great alternative to oats as I struggle to digest wholegrain and low GI foods.

À fuir, ça n’a rien d’une crème de riz. On a l’impression d’avoir une purée trop liquide sans saveur.J’adore la crème de riz mais là ça n’a rien de ça. Que ce soit la texture ou le goût rien ne va.
