Good product for the elderly
I bought this arm and leg exercise bike for my parents that they can work on their arms and legs while watching TV. There are lots of other uses for it as well. The quality seems great and it came together easily enough. It’s easy to assemble, and works quietly, so I am very happy with this. The design is very elegant and doesn’t take up much space. It’s super easy to use, great for my parents who are in their 70s. 4 different adjustable speeds for different people use, improve the function of cardiovascular system, resistance and auto mode, and it’s easy to switch during exercise.

Major Disappointment – Broke After Just 3 Weeks of Light Use
I had high hopes for this machine given its price tag and features, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major letdown. We used it for an elderly family member, just a few times each day for about an hour total. After only three weeks, it started having serious issues:* The motor became noisy and inconsistent, sometimes cutting out mid-cycle* The touchscreen became unresponsive, freezing on the settings screen* The arm pedals began jerking, making it unsafe to use* The rotation function would randomly stop or reverse without warning* At one point, the machine refused to start altogether even when plugged in correctlyThis is unacceptable for a device marketed for medical rehab use and sold at nearly $2,000. Thank God we were still within the return window, otherwise we would’ve been out almost $2,000 for a product that didn’t last even a month. I can’t imagine the frustration someone recovering from a stroke or surgery would feel if this happened mid-rehab.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, not worth the risk.

Great for Rehab and Light Exercise — Very Satisfied!
I bought this Electronic Physical Therapy Rehab Bike Trainer (link: https://a.co/d/2kluuSO) to help with recovery and daily exercise, and it has been a great investment. Setup was fairly straightforward, and the bike feels sturdy once assembled. The touchscreen display is a huge plus — it’s large, responsive, and easy to navigate, even for someone not super tech-savvy.The machine is very versatile. You can use it for both your arms and legs, which is perfect for full-body rehab. The adjustable settings allow you to customize resistance, speed, and direction, which helps a lot when trying to match the workout to your strength level. The pedals are comfortable and the arm handles have a soft foam grip, which makes longer sessions easier. It’s especially helpful for anyone dealing with limited mobility, injury recovery, or conditions like stroke, handicap, or disability. I also appreciate that it's quiet during use, so I can watch TV or listen to music without being disturbed. But overall, this machine does exactly what it promises.Highly recommend for anyone needing gentle but effective rehabilitation or daily exercise support!

Not an omnicycle
The item I ordered *reconditioned* arrived in a box without assembly instructions, and clearly not reconditioned. After many weeks of poor communications with both Amazon and the vendor, I took a chance at assembling the item with the aid of a mechanic at my senior living facility. Assembly would have been impossible without this assistance, despite the fact that the exercise machine is specifically designed and recommended for rehab therapy for disabled folks. The assembled item does function somewhat, though not up to standards outlined in the operating instructions, at least as best I can understand them (not easy). At best, it is better than nothing if you need this type of variable resistance combined arm and leg therapy. It is not however any way comparable to a true *omnicycle* as provided by Accelerated Health Solutions of Reno NV, despite the fact that the EBEST omnicycle represented by Amazon is the only listing that is returned when googling the term (omnicycle). Misleading, to say the least.

Best machine ever!
I bought this pedal exerciser to help with physical therapy for my knees. The unit was easy to assemble and although a bit heavy, it seems very sturdy. When I first used it, I was surprised at how smooth and quiet the machine was.
