⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Surprisingly Powerful for a Hands-Free Pump! Game changer for busy Moms ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I honestly didn’t expect to love the Medela Freestyle as much as I do. I had heard so many stories about hands-free options causing supply dips due to incomplete emptying, so I was wary of straying from my Spectra pump. But I've been VERY pleasantly surprised! In terms of output, I’m seeing comparable results to my standard plug-in pump with only about 4 extra minutes of pumping time per session. For the ability to move around and not be tethered to a wall, that’s more than worth it. That’s a small tradeoff for the freedom to move around and actually do things while I pump.sCompared to other hands-free pumps I’ve tried (like the Willow), this one is much more user-friendly. The setup is intuitive, the controls are simple, and the whole experience feels streamlined and user friendly. With a newborn, I just don't have time to troubleshoot complicated gadgets while juggling everything. One of my favorite features: there are only 3 parts to clean per side!!! That’s it. And they’re incredibly easy to wash, which makes a huge difference when you’re pumping multiple times a day and already exhausted.Small critique: the touchscreen is a bit too sensitive, so if you slip the pump into a pocket or bump it the wrong way, it can accidentally pause. It’s not a dealbreaker at all, but something to be mindful of. Other than that tiny note, I have zero complaints. This pump has made my daily routine so much more manageable. If you’re on the fence about hands-free pumps or worried about supply issues, this one is 100% worth trying. It’s a great balance of convenience and performance — and it’s now my go-to for daytime pumping sessions.

Does not spill unless you're bent over all the way
I LOVE this pump compared to everything else ive tried with this baby.. Had my 2nd baby 21 years after my first. The medela pump i had 21 years ago was amazing but sadly no longer made. This pump is easy to coean, only 3 pieces, it hasnt an excellent seal, its only leaked once and that was because i didnt completely snap the pieces into place together. It does have an opening at the top, so if you bend over far enough your milk pours out of the top, but I haven't had an issue with spilling. I use the opening on top to pour the milk into my bags. The pump is a little loud, and louder the higher the suction goes. You do have to hang the motor part around your neck, but lanyard is included. Its not the most discreet pump, but compared to the others I've tried, its the best so far. What makes this one top ranked for me is the suction power and the fact that i can move with it without spilling my milk all over my clothes. For comparison: I bought the medela pump in style, it does a decent job, not too many parts, but you are tethered to a wall. I had the elvie portable pumps, those are ok, quiet, but they spill and leak if you bend just a little too much or walk a litle too hard, and they have a lot of parts to clean. Tried the momcozy, they are pretty loud compared to the elvie, and the suction power isnt as strong as the medela, and they too have too many parts to clean.

My Primary Pump - Exclusively Pumping
Love this pump for its power, portability, and discreteness. I exclusively pump and began with a Spectra wall unit per NICU nurses' recommendations. I hated being pinned to a wall for countless hours and eventually couldn't manage that between taking care of baby, house, and working. I had ordered this pump while in the NICU to use while running quick errands. Lactation nurses told me to only use it once a day or I'd mess up my supply. I stopped using the Spectra completely 2 months ago (at 4 months pp) and have only been using this portable machine since then, for 5-6 pumps per day. I've seen no effects to my supply. I've been able to travel for work via flying while using the pump, driving to and from work each day, while on walks with my son, etc. It's literally a part of me now. I'll never believe that the wall unit was ever better...

All plastic, it’s a yes for me!
I was getting so discouraged on finding a hands free pump. Because in August I go back to work. I really needed to find a pump that worked. All the pumps I have tried have failed. They kept pinching me (yes I had the right size flange). I came to the conclusion that I needed a pump that was completely plastic because the ones with the soft cushion created an uncomfortable friction. Why are there so many pumps with cushion!? I found this one and I told myself this was the last pump I’ll be purchasing because I was ready to give up. THANKFULLY this pump is all plastic and didn’t end up pinching me. I love it. It’s a bit loud but who the heck cares if it works. I pumped 7 oz this afternoon in one pumping session. I am so so happy!
