Playable and robust

Only one controller works
My son spent his Christmas money on buying these. He loves playing with them but one of the controllers doesn’t work properly and the button keeps getting jammed and won’t turn the figure as it should. It was like it straight out of the box and makes playing with them quite annoying as someone always has to have the broken controller. How do I go about getting a replacement?? These were not cheap and I expected better quality

Very disappointing
I paid £44 for these figures and Althing I am aware they are used for battling, two of them broke within days.
