I ordered this and it worked PERFECTLY! What a time saver - it made the job so easy. Because I was using it wrong - I broke mine - again 100% my fault - but they sent me a new one right away. Fantastic customer service. Cant recommend it/them enough!!!

The product video certainly represents a best case scenario for changing sprinkler heads, but it really does make it easy. My heads were pretty deep in the ground and the cutting teeth on the top wore quickly but lasted through three head changes so far.

I have 12 zones that are in constant need of repair or replacement of the heads. This tool absolutely makes the job simple and straightforward. The seller of this product is incredible to work with if you have questions comments or concerns, I highly recommend this product if you are going to be doing any of your own maintenance on sprinkler heads. I use these on my hunter sprinkler heads, but they work equally well with Rainbird. Good luck.

Yes, this works. 1 of my sprinkler head broke and needs to be replaced. Make sure u got the same size sprinkler head, not necessarily same brand. Only complain is its price. It is expensive
