My doctor recommended shampoo with these ingredients. I never used bar soap shampoo before, but I really like it and so does my hair.

For years I used anti dandruff shampoo. Hot for flakes but for itchy scalp as per my DR. It was strange at first but now I can’t imagine goi g back to the bottle.

Great lather, works for dandruff! Makes my hair feel & look fuller and has helped my hair not get oily the very next day after washing. Experienced very good results with this shampoo.

Foams up quickly. I have less selum on scalp. It makes your hair feel thicker!!!! I leave it on for a few minutes.

My daughter has a patch right above the back of her neck where her hair line starts that gets red, itchy and flakey. Could be eczema or psoriasis, but I don't think the typical perfumed shampoos help so I wanted to take a completely different route and shampoo bars are on trend. This one's active ingredient is pyrithione zinc which is said to help with her condition. Neither of us have used shampoo bars before, but we prefer bar soaps to body washes, so why not try a bar for our hair. The smell does have a medicinal smell that is a bit off putting, as you expect shampoo to smell great, but we kept an open mind given that perhaps it's the perfume scents that got her scalp in the terrible state that it's in. Thankfully the bar scent does not linger in the hair. At any rate, it does lather nicely and was easy to rinse off after. Hair felt clean with all residue removed. Time will tell if this actually helps eliminate the scalp issues, but for now, it seems to be improving. Love that this product is made in the USA, is sulfate free, and produces very little waste with the box being recyclable.
