Q: Will this work with Linux os ?

I've just bought this mouse. My laptop runs on Linux Mint Ubuntu. Work's a treat. I also use a wireless logitech keyboard, which my old logitech K510 mouse didn't work together with despite unifying receiver. This new mouse allows me to use both keyboard and mouse. A friend who works maintaining computers for clients says he has never had a case where this mouse doesn't work. Hope this helps.

Hi. Mine does the same so perhaps it's normal. Having said that I have no problems with the DPI which works perfectly.

Q: just the received the mouse, the cursor runs all over the screen, and after read the instruction book I found no information about this issue.

The big red button in the middle is the dpi button (or should be from what I can see from the pictures), press it to select a lower dpi. The mouse has 3 settings 2000/1500/1000 respectively, the higher the dpi the more sensitive the mouse is to movement . Hope this helps.

Q: where is the battery indicator

When the battery is installed and the mouse is turned on, the indicator light on the side of the mouse will turn on for two seconds and then turn off.
