The device simply did not work and the power button showed no light to proceed further to test it despite placing the battery in the compartment in many possible ways as recommended in the manual .Its urgent as we have to check the weight of the luggage permissible during our flight travel.Very disappointed as the right thing to buy went wrong at the right time.

worst product ever bought from Amazon. The display keeps flickering most of the time and the screw hook connecting the rope and machine keeps coming off. The measuring is not at all precise with difference of 3-4 kgs each time you weigh the same thing. My bag first showed as 21 kgs then next time 24.5 kgs then 22.8kgs. Very flimsy and cheap quality product and complete waste of money. Never buy it.
