So purchased these and a pair of shoes and immediately there is relief when wearing them both. Lots of health conditions and I was walking like a cripple all day but unable to stand after just every day duties so when I say I cried, yes I truly did. I took these souls out of my work or just around shoes and put these on. Within a week I was able to spend hours working in the heat, carrying heavy things, bending, on my feet and 0 pain at the end of it. It allowed them to heal enough that I can go hours in regular flip flops or shoes they don't fit in without too much pain.As stated above, I've put these things through some work and sweat and sometimes going out shoes and they are still the same, no stink, not falling apart, haven't lost comfort our support and I wear them without socks. Extremely sensitive to heat so I cannot wear socks. Easy to clean and it's been several months. More than 10 pairs I've tried and none of them come close.UPDATE2 years later and I purchased my second pair. No, my other pair have not worn out, are still in one piece and still work the same as day 1. I purchased the second pair so that I can have one set for work shoes, and one for my nicer shoes. Because I've got a lot more shoes I can wear thanks to these things

Yes, it was a bad decision as drugstores are essentially overpriced convenience stores, but I needed immediate relief. Relief lasted maybe one day (helping bring pain level down from a 9 to a 7. The next day, & for 24 hours thereafter I suffered incredible continued pain. (Mind you I'm just 10 lbs overweight).I found this product only & read all the reviews. Mind you, the 5-star rating I gave doesn't just meet my expectations but exceeded them. For me, a 5-star rating means I'd certainly buy the product again if needed, either for myself or family.This said, as soon as I post this review I'm going to order another pair.I won't discard the Dr. X variety as it helped in a pinch, & it's quite possible that for these particular dress shoes they're not as favorable.However, I would be surprised if these didn't suit all your needs.Oh, two more thoughts. The construction is better than purported and you have the ability to trim the toe areas if too long.Thank you for a great, comfortable product!
