I ordered the Pink 4x6 Labels along with this printer and they are great quality, great price for how many you receive! Compatible with my Phone via Bluetooth as well as with my computer connected via USB! Has made printing and packaging parcels fun! I LOVE IT! Customer service is great too, I needed to update my firmware and got in touch, they guided me through the process the whole way via WhatsApp and answered any questions I had. Bought official Munby paper, as I've seen third party rolls not work with the unit. So best save you the headache and buy official paper.Followed install steps. Downloaded their "Labelife" wireless app and worked straight away,.. "Yay!"But then I downloaded the local USB desktop software version for desktop and had an absolute nightmare of hours trying to get it to work hardwired.I added it as a default printer on Win 10 machine. It showed up with no errors, but got "load the driver" sort of message upon opening this program. Checked, driver was installed with no issues. Instal. re-instal following steps, installed earlier driver... etc...etc.ANYHOW... Here's my fix and maybe yours hopefully if you did as I did.FIX:Turn on Print spooler (Automatic) in the services and start it up also. You may have to restart your machine?Yes, I had turned mine off and to manual operation many years back to save a miniscule amount of processing power and completely forgot.... Dooh!TIP: (If you need to rotate and print the postage label so the image and printout is clear)You really want to do this in Adobe rather than rotating it in a 3rd party program, as the print quality can be bad that way.Open PDF with Adobe - View\Rotate view\Counter "OR" clockwise\ and when it turns.Click on Edit\Take snapshot\ and outline the image you want to crop, And whilst it is highlighted blue click on print at the top.Oh and I made my own sturdy bog roll label dispenser... So considering the price I was expecting this printer to be good. After also reading the reviews it seems perfect for labels for vinted and ebay etc... unfortunately even when i have printed them and cropped them no shops can scan them. Making the label useless ans having to go back and use my old printer with paper.. also the labels do not feed properly I brought the exact same ones for this printer and set up correctly but because it pulls back and in again to print the next label I end up with half the label on another label. So is no good if you have more then one label to print. Which kind of beats the object of a label printer.Only good thing about this printer is it is easy to set up with the app and connect.Overall I wouldn't recommend and its been a waste of money. Very disappointed I have trialed for a week now and feel like I shouldn't have bothered will look for a different brand

This item is absolutely amazing to use. It really works and prints your labels well. Would love to have had a few more labels given with because by the time I was finished practicing it there were few labels left over. But overall I love this

This little printer is absolutely amazing - the best thing about it is there is No ink required to print, just purchase stickers and you’re good to go!I have a small business making wax melts, it’s not expensive to purchase stickers but it is when your needing stickers for 50 or more different fragrances, plus logo stickers, warning stickers & CLP stickers for each fragrance - and it something i frequently had to check & remember to buy & I also frequently ran out of stickers which was a nightmare! But this purchase has solved that.You download an app that pairs with the printer & Everything you print you can save to the app & saves you having to retype every time you need to print. You can also selected how many stickers you’d like to print at once.Something I wasn’t sure about when purchasing was what size of label/stickers it could print. But there is a little thing inside the printer that you adjust depending on the size of your label - you can print postage labels or small stickers with your business logo.This will save me a fortune in the long run and I cannot fault the printer at all. Best purchase I’ve made.
