Good but make sure you order the correct firmness for you
This was the second "firm" cushion I bought after buying the first one as a trial. Definitely reduces pain and discomfort around the Coccyx. The "medium firm" cushion is recommended for my weight (~67Kg) but I didn't find it good enough: it sank too much for my liking and did not help enough with the pain. Hence, returned it. The "firm" one is definitely better for me.

Perfect
Just want I needed to help my spine. It is very comfortable and does make sitting on a hard seat so much easier. I actually wish I had bought one before. I bought the medium firmness which is fine for me. Albeit I have only had this a few days but it holds its shape well and does not slip on chairs.

Not memory foam but does the job moderately well.
It is not memory foam in that it springs immediatey back to original shape. However it is comfortable and reduces discomfort by about 60%. I weigh 95kg and bought the firm version. It is well made. Ive had it 1 week so cant vouch for longevity. It is wide enough you dont feel about to fall off it all the time.

Helps reduce pain
Works well to help reduce pain by relieving pressure on the tailbone . Decent quality compared to a previous purchase of a similar item which soon went quite flat.

An excellent support cushion!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I bought this cushion to use in my work van as I'm driving around 5 hrs a day and have suffered with lower back pain sitting on a hard seat. I have been using it 2 weeks now and I have to say, I can't drive without it now. I have seen reviews on here complaining of the cushion being too hard, which I find hilarious. It's a support cushion, it's meant to support you. It keeps it's shape and returns back to full size when you get off it, not like a cheap product that stays flat. I also use it in my home on a weekend, im sat on it right now, it's too comfy!! I recommended to my friend and he got one and loves it too. And then today a lovely carry bag for it came in the post., totally unexpected! I can highly recommend this product and for such a great price, you won't be disappointed!! I bought a medium stiffness.

Wonderfully Comfortable Cushion
So, so comfortable, I am now the owner of two 'iamcomfi' cushions. I was tired of carrying my first cushion around with me, plus I didn't want to wear it out too quickly, so had to purchase a second. It ticks all the boxes, a very high quality product. I cannot recommend it highly enough, my coccyx is so much happier!

Can sit for FAR longer than doctors told me!
I had surgery near my tailbone, including stitches which I was given no uncertain instruction that I had to avoid placing my weight on.I was told (correctly) that sitting on a regular, hard, wooden chair would become fatiguing after only a couple of minutes. However, I was also told that cushions made for the coccyx or haemorrhoids might only allow me a quarter of an hour or so.I've managed to sit on this cushion for half an hour or more at a time (I'm trying not to overdo it, even though I'm not feeling any sign of discomfort) without any pain in my tailbone at all, even though I can't sit on the edge of my bed without leaping in pain immediately. While I might not need this cushion long term for medical reasons, this cushion is the only reason why my two weeks of recovery is not just going to involve me lying on my side or front 24 hours a day, or standing up. Thank you, so much, for letting me watch TV, use my laptop at a comfortable position, and sit in the kitchen while waiting for food to cook. Without this cushion, the quality of the next two weeks of my life would be drastically worse. Even when the stitches are out, I will probably keep using this cushion simply as a regular cushion, as the IKEA JUSTINA which I used to have on my dining table chair is incredibly thin and barely provides any support at all - this one really distributes the weight around the underside of my legs well. The only advice I would have for anyone planning to buy one of these is to consider the height of it, plus the fact it's quite a hard memory foam (so it's not going to sink massively where you're sat). If your chair is quite high, if you are quite short, and if you don't have any kind of foot rest, you may find that your legs dangle instead of being in good contact with the floor - which might actually make you slouch weirdly or otherwise sit in a less comfortable way.
