One of two is faulty
My husband and I got out Fitbit watches on the same day. His works fine. Mine would overheat and stop charging. After several sessions, I might get a 90% charge. I tried contacting Customer Service, but got no response. My watch was very difficult to "wake up" to see the time, but I kept thinking it would get better. Silly me! I missed the return date by two days and cannot get Customer Service to respond. Now, my watch wakes up every time I move my arm, even through the night. I can lose up to 20% of the charge overnight. Still, no response from Customer Service and no way to send it back. 1 of 2 is junk, and I'm stuck!

Inaccurate step counter
I actually like this fitbit for reasons other than the step counter. It's nice looking, it has cool and handy features such as linking with your phone, notifications, heart monitor, and a few others. Not bad for the price. BUT it, like my last Fitbit version, does not count steps accurately... which is really what I was hoping it would do, even in the house when doing chores,etc. 🙄

So far, I love it.
I recently rec’d. the Charge 6 to replace the Luxe that started acting funky & shutting off constantly throughout the day. I got so tired of constantly having to charge it & my Husband was getting annoyed about my complaints 😏 so I broke down & decided to upgrade.I’m not 100% sure what GZ who wrote a review on 6/9/24 was talking about regarding the clock faces. The Charge 6 has all the clock faces available on the Luxe.

Motivation enhancer
I had a charge 2 for 7 years then upgraded to a charge 6. Numerous new fields to monitor and much more information. I am totally satisfied.

Disappointed
I have had issues with this item, since I bought it. It won't stay turned on, it was losing time, not tracking sleep. Very disappointed
