Great value for a great price. Everything set up easily and operates fine. I did replace the keyboard - the dark grey letters on black keys were do difficult to see.

Purchased this for a home office. As of this review, is has been working perfectly for the last 6 months. The case is basically perfect and has 1 small blemish. I looked inside and is was almost brand new clean and hardware as described, cpu, memory etc. I use 2 monitors and have moderate internet, cpu and ram requirements, which this machine handles with no issues. The only thing I would criticize is the lack of hdmi, although you could get and adaptor or card for them or like me just get the display port connection monitors. I got a Logitech keyboard, mouse and headset combo deal which I think is higher quality than what is included and I needed a headset. Windows 11 works great and has given me no issues and is probably half the cost.

First of all, the computer works fine and is at a bargain price. You should be aware that, at least as far as my machine was concerned, the appearance was difference and unlike the pictured computer there was no DVD or CD device. If course, that could be a blank space filler in the picture. Also, the video outputs were display ports, not HDMI.Both problems were addressed by purchasing a $20.00 external DVD drive and a Display Port-HDMI driver. For the money, I am happy enough to buy one again knowing the shortfalls.

Great “little” system that came with a SSD and Windows 11. Worked great right out of the box. Cannot tell that is refurbished.

I would give this zero stars if I could. The dekstop computer would not boot up. I started by checking the power supply and connections and all power supply was working just fine. Then I tried booting it up countless times. I even tried booting into Safe Mode or using Windows recovery option - none of these worked at all. My guess is a hardware issue like loose components or problems with the hard drive or motherboard. Completely regret making this purchase. Can't wait to buy another computer that actually works.

Fast machine, great specs, good price.

This product came with defective display ports. Spoke with seller letting them know the errors I was receiving. I told him the system was not porting to the monitor. His solution is for me to use a different DPCABLE. I told him I’m getting a system error not a monitor error. He then sent me a DP-VGA. Aaagghh!, started getting texts at 10pm. After communications, a different person immediately told me it was the system not the monitor. Now I have to repack, DROP OFF at Amazon pickup, order a new computer and wait. If I wanted to leave my house for a computer I would have done so in the first place. I cannot rate the computer because I couldn’t use it but I cannot rate quality control, product knowledgeability and wasting my time!

I have purchased dozens of these “Renewed” computers from STG through Amazon. Every one of them have worked flawlessly and are virtually blemish free. Prior to purchasing these computers I had been buying ones from another Microsoft Authorized Refurbished reseller and they were inconsistent in the quality of the refurbishment. Some would have dings, scratches and dusty insides. I would receive PCs with the Home version of Windows instead of Professional. I am completely happy with the STG products.
